Under Swiss law, processing is carried out in accordance with the revDSG principles of lawfulness, proportionality, and transparency.
Customer and personal data is hosted on cloud infrastructure located in:
Switzerland (Zurich)
Germany (Frankfurt)
Where personal data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EEA, IR Suite ensures appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent protections.
When customers use the Services to process personal data, the customer acts as data controller, and IR Suite acts as data processor.
Processing is governed by:
this Privacy Policy, and
a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, where required.
We may engage trusted third-party subprocessors, including:
cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS),
payment processors (e.g. Stripe),
analytics and monitoring services,
communication platform providers.
Subprocessors are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Our website and Services may use cookies and similar technologies for:
essential functionality,
security,
analytics and performance measurement.
